Description:
Bug Tracking/Issue Tracking System is a web based module to capture all the issues
related to support activities / Change Requests for various applications of an
organization.
Enquiries,
Requests and Complaints related to day to
day activities will be recorded, routed and resolved through this application.
Issues, enquiries
and CRs will be logged by the uses of various applications. Depending on the
application and the type of problem the issue will be assigned to a application
/application module owner to address/resolve the issues. If the issue is not
resolved with in the pre specified TAT that issue will be escalated higher
levels.
This application
also sends the daily report to the concerns persons through email. This repot
contains the information like no of issues logged, resolved and no of pending
issues of all the application.
