Responsible for conducting/facilitating business processes redesigning strategies and workflow planning sessions, identifying program strategic and improvement opportunities to increase the beneficial use of Maximo EAM/CMMS, assisting in business process delivery; work order management, data standardization and interface planning.

Performed project management for the Atlanta Large Meter Program. 1200-1300 large meters, were tested, repaired, or replaced to meet AWWA compliance within 18 months meeting all deadlines and within budget.

Currently project management for the Atlanta Large Meter Repair and Replacement Program, using Maximo CMMS/EAM modules, features and functions.
Responsibilities include:

·        Works with Maximo CMMS/EAM.
·        Developed and Implemented Business and Work Flow processes.
·        Developed and implemented the preventive maintenance program for all large water meters for the City of Atlanta.
·        Configured Maximo Mobile.
·        Generating and issuing contractors work order using the Maximo work order tracking module.
