Responsibilities: Advise Management on mission policy changes
in automation computer programs such as Talent Management Systems (TMS) and
SharePoint as well as Product line affiliates such as American Heart Associate

Cardiovascular Support (ACLS). Built and managed various
(BLS) and (ACLS) Instructor online data base and Out of System Provider support
programs. As Project Manager and front line BLS Instructor I Coordinate, Plan, Organize, and Execute, BLS Provider courses and BLS Online check off with
skills courses which include but limited to providing instruction for Basic Life Support,
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, First Aid, and Obstructed Airway Aid. Completed
didactic testing for all persons completing training and provided supplementary
instruction as necessary. Conduct academic testing in accordance with the
American Heart Association Standards; for VISN 16. Provide administrative assistance to multiple
managers for Education and Development Service (Workforce development Coordinator, Talent Management and Clinical
Educator). Work with highly confidential employee information while
practicing and maintaining VA security policy. Other
duties include filing, record keeping and assembling BLS/ACLS rosters. Facilitate
all aspects of BLS Initial certification and re-certification process. Perform statistical data collections for more
than 2000 VA employees. Transfer raw data into a readable form with Microsoft
applications, Access and Excel. Maintain calendar/schedule of events, official /
unofficial educational and development scheduled Offerings for (BLS) and (ACLS)
certification. Research and analyze data by Cross referencing data in
SharePoint, TMS and well as previously collected Excel spreadsheet and Access
data, to prepare weekly compliance reports. Manage personnel records in
computer application designed for data collection.

upholding its long range intentions for unit operations. Provide Customer
Service by assisting
Veterans in daily living activities including but not limited to ADL’S.
Organize workload objective according to Staffing, disease process of client
and unit needs. Communicate in writing utilizing an electronic file system (CPRS) and (VISTA) designed to store
patient information and data.

Responsibilities: Research and

application of changes to 1D Dementia Specialty Care Unit. Act as liaison for
32 employees between Upper Management and subordinates by
coordinating monthly meets and events to inform staff of current policy and
procedures pertaining to projects applied to the unit and responding to inquiries resolving ULSG and
administrative issues.
