n  Support Regional and Dallas/Fort Worth area presidents.

n  Prepare pre-employment and new hire orientation packages. Establish an effective new hire orientation to ensure associates feel comfortable, accurately complete new hire forms, explain policies, benefits, and work expectations.
n  Sit in as a witness for terminations, provide termination packets, and answer salary and/or benefit questions.
n  Compose correspondence such as employment offers and contracts, salary offers, incentive agreements, salary increases and reductions, etc.
n  Reconcile several accounts, prepare deposits, and download bank reports.
n  Accurately escheat dormant funds to the State of Texas in a timely manner in order to avoid penalties.  Correspond with the Texas Comptroller's office concerning dormant funds.


n  Open, set up, and maintain all investments and banking accounts for the Texas Region.
n  Online Banking Administrator for over 30 accounts, which involves setting up and deleting profiles, providing proper entitlements, resetting passwords, reissuing certificates for associates.
