The ISAS Enterprise system was developed in a phased cycle based release system. The objective of the Integrated Spectrum Auctioning System (ISAS) was to automate the Auction Life Cycle. There were several subsystems that were developed for pre-auction and post-auction business processes. The system was built on a Sybase Database Management System using J2EE with Hibernate for the back-end processes as well as ColdFusion 8 as the UI for its Web Based N-Tiered Architecture. In order to develop the system, the analyst team and I developed the Infrastructure Design Documents as well as Implementing and Leading the design rollout assuring compliance with Customer Requirements with extensive Validation Activities.
