Our client is HSBC Bank, USA
which is a bank involved in the commercial banking services. The collection
process typically starts when the originating bank (customer/beneficiary)
originates the collection transaction by sending trade documents to HSBC. The
trade documents contain details about the originating bank, the paying bank and
the payment method. HSBC then facilitates the settlements (exchange of
proceeds) between the paying bank and the beneficiary bank by leveraging their
collections system. It involves in presentation of documents, tracing the items
due for payment, receive payment, payment reconcilement with trade documents
under Letter of Credit or on collection DA/DP (Documents against Acceptance/
Documents against Payment) terms.This full life cycle project went to
