Responsible for scheduling, submittals, managing a submittal register, perform quantity takeoffs, oversaw subcontractors tracking their work in project data base, writing RFI’s, creating estimates and putting together mass diagrams.  Provided bids and updated cost program using Heavybid.  Prepared project logistic reports for projects that had unique construction challenges.

Provided quality control and engineering support during the Pump Station 4 electrical reconfiguration project.  Prepared change orders for project issues, this would require communication with field engineers and using G2 estimating software.  Created and maintained a database for electrical testing forms.  Monitor workers conducting electrical tests in the field.  Performed safety evaluations on excavations for cable trenches.

2003                                         SAFETY INTERN                                               BP Exploration 

Audited and organized all MSDS info for active field jobs.  Worked with safety inspectors to solve safety concerns in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska.  Compiled data and prepared presentation of safety record for  BP’s sub contractors.
