tours and other events to improve morale in a remote location. Supervises a retail program with sales in
excess of $4.5 million. Developed a program of hiring the best technical
graduates from Egyptian Universities, increasing from 5 to 38 employees. Expanded
the morale support program for members from $240k to $412k. Performance recognized by the Colombian Army

Verify the conditions of the Treaty of Peace between Israel
and Egypt through bi-monthly
inspections of all areas of the Sinai Peninsula and Treaty areas of Israel . Conducted aerial reconnaissance prior to
ground visits to military and police activities within the treaty zone. Additional individual duties of: tax advisor,
driver trainer, treaty and guidance instructor. Appointed as Deputy Chief/Operations Officer
for 3 terms and Interim Chief of Civilian Observer Unit in 2001. Superior performance award received as
project officer for the introduction of Egyptian military adjacent to the Gaza

1995-1998 Owner, Window Perfect of Atlanta . Start up company in Atlanta , Georgia
providing commercial and residential window coverings meeting safety and fire
code requirements. Gross sales of $400,000 annually. Sold for 3 times annual earnings in March 98.

operations in the Middle East and North Africa. Issued policy and guidance to
worldwide media regarding US Army operations within the 19. Planned contingency operations for various
