New position to create the Agency Liaison Group to support the global
deployment of a customized SAP solution named Vantage for all agencies in the
IPG network, concentrating on the Americas.
The team is a combination of full-time staff and varying levels of
consultants depending on rollout of the roadmap, needing to work virtually the
majority of the time due to travel required and multiple locations.
Develop and manage business and
technical processes to provide services on many milestones of the deployment
project plan, manage post go-live support, and ensure a smooth transition of Agencies
from deployment mode to support and maintenance mode. Also manage the
relationship with the Deployment Manager and team, Corporate Helpdesk, and
maintain the primary relationship with the Agencies to ensure adoption of the
system is attained, keep in constant contact for current operating status,
solicit future needs to prepare business analysis and requirements, and
maintain communications on ongoing enhancements and flaw corrections.
Agency Liaison Group activities include, but are not limited to:
Conducting Workshops, attend and aid with demos and training; Data gathering template review, maintenance, and gap clarification; System gap documentation and hand-off to template management team; Business Process Mapping – clarification and complex workaround definitions; Testing – Core company code configuration and gap solutions, and help coordinate Agency UAT; PGL Support – onsite and remote, and transition to Support team
Relationship Management
After deployment of the template is complete, manage an ongoing BA presence to be the focal point for all local offices as well as for the Corporate managers within the network responsible for the Vantage system (IPG SAP Template model). Lead a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers who manage the day-to-day relationship with end users and super users, and who are responsible themselves for managing the relationship with upper management within the agencies and escalated issues.
This includes developing and refining business processes, and evaluating software and tools to be used to achieve efficient tracking and reporting throughout the internal organization and with Agencies, and making
