  • Provide administrative support for several Board of Directors by conducting calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and gate keeping
  • Coordinate with various department heads and executives for operational support activities
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and operating units to ensure proper communications and reporting practices
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls, screen calls, respond to general inquiries, receive visitors, ascertain the nature of business and direct calls to appropriate parties
  • Plan and coordinate corporate luncheons & meetings including arranging audio visual needs, prepare meeting minutes for numerous meetings
·        Compose, type and edit correspondence and memos, through verbal dictation and knowledge of company policies and procedures, proofread and ensure accuracy and completeness from the standpoint of spelling and grammar
·        Conduct intensive research on competitors and potential tenants reporting findings to the Vice President
  • Arrange training class travels, assist managers in training new employees, coordinate interviews and appointments
  • Play a key role in the development of the company’s leadership training program
·        Prepare reports, spreadsheets and assist in project presentations for management meetings
·        Process monthly expense reports reflecting supporting documents
  • Serve as profile coordinator requesting systems access, telephone equipment, office relocations, and remote access
  • Coordinate and assist in special events requiring occasional travel out of state
  • Research information & update materials to be distributed to managers
  • Ability to handle confidential information and assist in labor strategy reports
  • Confirm and prepare bi-weekly management payroll, manage attendance and vacation calendars
  • Assist in creating and developing operational standards and procedures including employee handbook, forms and check-lists
  • Procure and maintain office supplies, purchase orders, requisitions and check requests
  • Receive, open and distribute incoming mail and safeguard confidential material
