self-research, migrated legacy IE-only JavaScript framework to support Firefox

Boolean search
and screener: allow users to create complex search criteria on any data point
provided by workstation 2.0, helping them to search out securities or any saved
data, providing feasible ways of input, like Google suggest, static combo box,
open entry textbox and customized UI components, like slider, star selector, style
box selector, multiple selection check box combo and etc. At back-end, parsed
different kinds of search criteria into SQL syntax and fulfilled by dynamic
stored procedures.

File sharing:
allow users to share their saved files to other users with different privileges
(read only, read/write, no right), implemented this logic system widely,
preventing unauthorized access or update.

NoSQL Solr: By
self-research, converted existing SQL search syntax to Solr syntax, set up Solr
master and slaves on 10+ Linux servers, configured data import handlers and
schema files, wrote codes to monitor Solr import job, also implemented a java
middle layer by spring between Solr and application.
