IP Telephony products such as Call Manager and Unity. Call Manager Acts as
a call agent, supports MGCP, H.323 for call signaling, and call control to
provide IP PBX features to the enterprises. Unity supports all the Voice
Mail features required for the enterprises.

Operations Group, supporting Merrill Lynch client. Troubleshooting product
issues for the users, as well as managing their new user accounts, Move,

procedures and configured various new alarms in the NMS thereby by
improving efficiency of the network.

Regional Offices, and Factories connected through X.25 links of a Public
Switched Packet Network and the private network used s a closed user group
of the PDN. Depots/Warehouses connected through X.28 ports.
