- Responsible for Research and Development on Information Gathering Equipment and maritime surveillance gear for a Top Secret implementation. Task Manager for all three Naval Special Warfare Boat Teams located in Virginia, Mississippi and California.
- Over 15 years of experience in applications of Management, Security Tactics, and Social Skills with various cultures and high volume of personnel.
- Managing and coordinating the training and inventory of over $500M of extremely sensitive military Special Forces equipment.
Department Head - U.S. Navy Special Boat
Team TWENTY January 2007 to August 2007
- As the ordnance department head and Naval Special Warfare Armor, I was responsible for 45 men and accountable for the entire 55 man tactical equipment, weapons, ammunitions and supplies valued at over $25,000,000 obtaining a 100% accuracy rating.
- Specifically hand selected for my managerial, task management expertise and attention to detail with the elite Rivereen Task Unit FIVE unit deployed to Iraq.
- Additional responsibility as 1 of 4 individuals who functioned as a Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTAC) while in a combat zone. This job demanded nothing less than 100% accuracy where lives were at risk during the most extreme stressful situations. My team and I conducted countless classified missions at night and were awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with Valor for our achievements.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- Directed, managed and trained over 126 foreign Special Forces Teams on various exercises under the guidance of the US Embassy in countries such as Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Jamaica, and Haiti.
- Directed and managed a Design and Development group of 25 personnel to develop a new Recovery System for U.S. Navy Special Operation Command’s Boat Drop System. The success of this new system improved productivity by 80%, with a cost savings of nearly 6 million dollars.
- Managed Naval Special Warfare Armory Department of 21 personnel with an inventory of over 2,000 various weapons with a perfect 100% retention rate of all inventory.
- While under my leadership the Armory Department received the highest Annual Safety Score record in Special Boat Team 20’s naval history.

player. I have been trained and exposed to the most extreme and stressful situations

many roles in the U.S. Navy (Fleet) and with the Special Forces Teams have
