- Engagement
Manager – Managed the migration of mainframe processing from an in-house
outsourced environment to a remote data center. The migration affected all bank locations
across multiple states, the operations centers, and over 50 business and
infrastructure applications systems.
The project was completed on schedule in four months with no
unplanned disruption to business functionality.
- Senior
Program Manager – Implementation of a suite of customer touch point
integration systems for call center, internet banking and branch
operations. Project included
replacing and/or upgrading components of the organizations network
environment. Effectively built and
maintained teamwork within the deployment team maintaining focus and
successfully address associated organizational changes.
- International
Account Manager – Managed a due diligence effort involving the largest
consumer financial institution in Poland including resources with
specialized expertise in hardware, FIS® applications,
client/server applications, and business consulting. Consulted with an indigenous software
firm to leverage localized expertise.
Managed the client relationship between FIS and Key bank. Primary focus was to achieve contract
renewal for continuation of the existing outsourcing agreement and provide
consumer lending software, software systems support, and associated
computer operations.
Responsibilities included all day-to-day delivery and support of
the existing outsourcing agreement.

Manager – Regained control of a run-away initiative. The project scope included development
of mainframe and web-based systems, implementation of a PMO, development
of a strategic plan for all operational systems.
