troubleshooting the TCP/IP protocol suite including IMAP, SMTP, and SMPP

of enterprise call flow and voicemail troubleshooting
- Experience
with large scale engineering documents and directives.
- Project
management experience with migrations of various scheduled and unscheduled
voice mail systems.
- User
level SQL and Database experience.
- Solid
understanding of VOIP and SIP protocols
- Avaya
PBX/voicemail and message networking experience.
- CISCO
Unity Connection experiences.
- Decommissioning
legacy voicemail architecture and associated hardware
- Avaya
voice messaging/PBX and Cisco Unity connections programming
- Demonstrated
ability to apply understanding of a broad range of technologies and
telecommunications products to call processing applications and systems
- Extensive
experience with voice systems protocols including H.323 and Session
Initiation Protocol (SIP)
- Working
knowledge of and hand-on experience with routers, switches, hubs, and
client serve applications
- Experience
with call center productivity tools such as predictive dialers, quality
assurance and recording, work force management, and interactive voice
response
- Experience
with wide area network design, implementation and disaster recovery
- Ability
to exercise good judgment, including the ability to work independently,
often without specific guidelines or supervision
- Effective
verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Telecommunications,
engineering, mathematics or related discipline
- Ability to create as well as test and maintain program codes
- Work with other programming staff to determine changes and
enhancement in program code
- Guide and support staff in resolving program, SQL Database and other
IT issues
