Project Description:

The project is a Business Transformation of the Unica CRM Product from Version 7.3 to Version 8.5 and Integration of the CRMT-MPF (Campaign Registration and Management Tool and Marketing Premium Functionality) with the Migrated IBM Unica 8.5. The client had the Affinium Unica Version 7.3 for their Banking Marketing and the Business has to be transformed to the Newer Versions of IBM Unica 8.5. CRMT is the application which is used for the Generation of the User-defined Campaign Code, Reporting, Channel Management and Forecasting which separately was developed. The CRMT application has to be integrated with the IBM Unica 8.5 Application.
        The responsibilities I had are Development of the Forms, Attributes, TVC Components and Database Tables. The Form Editor is the tool from Unica provided for the Development of the Forms, Form Attributes and other components which will be integrated by capturing/importing the schema of the Unica Database for the mapping the fields to the Database columns and the Tables. The designed forms and all the attributes and components will be exported from the Form Editor in the form of a specification file (xml), which can be imported into the IBM Unica Application for the Forms to be integrated with the as the Templates which can be reused for defining the Objects in the IBM Unica 8.5.

Role and Responsibilities related to Campaign Engineering
Ÿ  Provide system administration and support for the Unica Affinium Campaign Management tool.
Ÿ  Development of marketing flowcharts to targeted cells of customers, using external lists, derived fields, strategic segments, and custom macros.
Ÿ  Design and development of large data warehouse reporting, business intelligence and decision support systems including star schema models.
Ÿ  As appropriate, participate in project planning sessions with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Analysts and development team members to analyze business / technology requirements and outline the proposed technology solution

POC for telecom client covering all the three modules (Sales, Marketing and Service) of MS CRM to address the requirement of the client. The solution address the requirement like account management, marketing management and service management. The solution facilitates in capturing the details of the person interested in the company’s products Broadband, Fixed Line, Mobile Broadband, Wireless etc. and tracking through various stages of lead and opportunity till they become the customer to the organization. The solution also helps in effective marketing management using campaign and quick campaign which includes the approval process for the using the workflows. The incident management is addressed using the service module which has been customized to track the incident raised against the Franchises, Showrooms and agents. Configured accordingly with proper validations.

Project Description:

The forum starts with the registration of the institution students who are willing to join the forum. For the security purpose the student can register with the photograph. On the registration done by the student can be viewed by the administrator. Along with the UserId, password the students are mandatorily allowed to give their separate identity so that the student cannot misuse the forum. Along with the question and answer session the students are also allowed to give the plain text and MS Word documents that he has that may be the research paper or the articles related to particular subjects and get the feed back of his friends through online. The document posted by the user will be tested by the admin and confirmed before publishing them to the website. The project uses the database to inform about the registration and documents that is going to change dynamically. The project does not create a new web site which will be implemented using the college website and dynamic sessions will be going on.
            For this project I worked for the Master page design and also worked on the registration page which included the features like Password strength, security question for the password recovery. I also worked on the feature of Page Indexing in the Questions and the Solutions pages. In database the articles, questions and solutions where divided into many streams like Computers, Electronics, Mechanical etc.
            The feature of the payment gateway for downloading the articles, if the user wishes to download. The future enhancement about the project planned where Integration of the system with the Online Graduation Certifications.
            The DLLs and classes were used for the operations on the database like inserting and retrieving the data from the database. The stored procedures and the references were used wherever necessary for the retrieving the data from the database and for inserting. I also worked on the integration of all the modules designed by my team members.

Project Description:

The company had the basic project with the features Flight booking, bus and train booking. My role was particular work on the Holidays packages booking which were extra features for the previous basic project. The holiday packages included list of cities and the best historical places coming under that group of cities. Also the description about the Attractive places that come under every holiday package. The holiday booking was integrated with the hotel booking and the remaining modules like train booking, flight booking.
            The package booking by the user will be done which is followed by the confirmation email and generating the PNR and the confirmation code sent to the mail and the mobile number of the user. This is followed by the generating of the invoice to be paid by the user. The modes of payment were Card, Cheque or Cash. I learnt the payment gateway integration which was already done for the previously built modules like flight booking module etc.
            I worked on the maintenance of the same project for other clients “SP Travels” and “EDPL Air Ltd”. In the maintenance project I worked on adding the feature of deleting the user if the user was no more interested to stay with the Company or the Admin is no more interested to have him in the company. All the features were done for using DLLs and the assemblies wherever necessary with the automation of the interaction with the database.
