§  Web designer for a local volunteer organization, Pillow, Pillow Historic Society  12/11 – 2/12

§  ESP / Emission computer repair; 02/08 thru 02/09   diagnostic computer to communicate with the State VPN with emission computers, sales. Also included money and time management.

§  Snap-On Equipment / Emissions 08/06 thu 02/08 Upgrade diagnostics, and Repairs in Tri-state area. Install custom software to work with the states VPN Insure the  Active Directory and Network security configured correctly to insure the maxim security for the client to be able to update and retrieve information from DBII and SQL servers. Insure network security and firewall security is fully installed and correctly configured, Ghost  machines, Set permissions in Active Directory. Upgrade to Lotus Domino Server, design network on two floor, printer network trouble shoot, Also used Remedy to follow trouble tickets

§  Contract work for CPI: upgraded the computers and photo printer in the Camp Hill Shopping Mall.
§  Owner operator of a small computer business handling networking configuration, hardware and software conflicts, utilizing Windows 9X, ME, and XP; tech support to various computer users.
