Provider Data Coordinator
As a Provider Data Coordinator, I am responsible for entering all provider, medical doctor, chiropractor, nurse practitioner, etc, demographic and financial information into the centralized customer provider databases.  I analyze all incoming provider information and determine completeness, accuracy, and impact in Harvard Pilgrim Health Care's systems   I have the ability to query all provider-related systems, including claims, for information and reports to support unit activities.  I am responsible for attaining and am measured by predetermined Quality and Productivity standards within the department as well as deadlines for completion of all work.  I effectively communicate with internal and external customers to ensure accurate data entry. I participate in all team activities to continuously improve quality and internal processes of the Provider Processing Center.  I contribute and assist with cross training and documentation development to support the unit's processes.  I assist with other duties and special projects as assigned such as 1099 documentation.

Data Processor
This company is a physician practice management and consulting firm for medical groups across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  I produced financial reports, which are presented to the clients at monthly meetings.  I was in charge of 40 of the 81 clients.  I worked with six consultants on various levels in order to produce the necessary reports.  I worked with Microsoft EXCEL, Word, ACCESS, Outlook, and Monarch Pro on a daily basis.  Monarch Pro is a data access tool that allows you to view, print, analyze, and extract data from existing computer reports.

My duties included auditing travel expense vouchers and verifying that they complied with Foxboro Company's policies and guidelines and also IRS guidelines.  I interacted with departments that are national and international.  I was in charge of the cash desk that was supplied with $7,000.00 in cash and between $10,000.00 and $12,000.00 in traveler's checks.  In this phase of my job, I greeted people at the cash desk and provided them with the necessary money for domestic and foreign travel.  I also tracked the mileage of the company issued vehicles.  This aspect of my job also required compliance with the Foxboro Company's policies and guidelines.  I was in charge of doing both a weekly settlement and a monthly reconciliation for the cash desk.  This position required approximately seven hours of alphanumeric data entry on a daily basis.  I averaged 1900 vouchers in a monthly accounting cycle.  I also helped to administer the Corporate American Express program that manages over 500 credit cards.
