§  Involved from the Blue print, Realization, Final preparation, and Go-Live Support. Gather documents, Gap analysis.
·         Gather detailed requirements from business users for level 3 support work, approved projects and small enhancements to existing SAP configuration or development objects.
·         Perform design and write specifications as needed for workflow, forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (WRICEF).
·         Works with Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure teams, and Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured within SAP and that all development objects perform as designed.
