11/2010
to 6/2011: Worked for NanaWorley Parsons as As-Built Designer/ Asst. Designer.
Did As-built drawings for two months until closure of the Anchorage division. Moved
to the FMP group to support 24 designers in both Electrical and Piping. Responsible
for putting packages together, producing plans and sections for piping, and
cleaning up ISOs generated from IsoGen. Ensured dimensions were correct by
using 3D modeling. Adhered to BP standards for all drawing. Created and
maintained block diagrams, cable schedules, area classifications, and
instrument connection diagrams. Looked up drawings; checked drawings in and out
of EDDI for different Designers. Kept an organized file system and maintained a
master book for each package. Spent time in Prudhoe Bay and Milne Point doing
as-built designs and training.

ASRC Energy Services Alaska.
Responsibilities include taking hand drawn
sketches and using AutoCAD to create presentable and accurate drawings for
clients, producing accurate and timely reproductions, revising plans as
requested by Design Lead, learning and implementing standards set for all
drawings in the Design Drafting Department. Implement proper calculations
needed to produce effective 3D drawings in model space. Placement of equipment
in electrical modules. Producing Block Diagrams and layout for grounding, cable
tray lighting and power for different modules for the project along with heat
trace for packages that needed it. Also responsible for drawing index and
putting complete packages together for the client. Working with engineers to
locate vendor data to be used in each module. Picking
up checker comments on iso’s.
Using Bentley AutoPLANT Design V8i to create piping plan and section drawings
and then annotate and bring to a finished product for deliverables. Creating
HVAC 3D models. Putting together full piping and HVAC package to include SOW,
drawing index, plan and section dwgs, along with required details.

Responsibilities included archiving 35,000
drawings into SmartTeam software. Help engineers with plotting and filing of
current drawings.
