Project: FESC Report Cards
FESC (Front End Systemic Capture) Report cards is a web based
application that facilitates the New York Stock Exchange and FINRA Member
Organizations access to the monthly exception Report Cards related to their
compliance with NYSE Rule 123(e) and (f).
The
FESC Report Cards provide quality performance statistics for the selected
Member for a specified month, based on the five threat scenarios of the FESC
surveillance. Additionally, the statistics provide Market Regulation Analysts
with a brief overview of the Member’s compliance ratio against each of the five
threat scenarios which are measured as a percentage. Additionally, each report is maintained as an
historical record for a period of three years.
