also keeps historical data to compare subsequent release of code. The

tickets. This involved code modification to a JAVA Servlet interacting with a

for the architecture, planning and producing of the requirements document as
well as determining LOE’s. Technologies involved in this release are C, ASP,
VB, and JAVA.

Involved
in trouble shooting and support of three Customer Care real time
applications: IMPACT and related GIS Dynamic coverage map and outage
descriptions tool; PSA, a web based UNIX/Solaris application used to display
pricing and marketing information to activations and customer care
representatives; and Velocity, a common web tools interface to multiple
customer care applications. All required quick response time to establish
root cause and work-abounds for production revenue impacting events. I have
often served in the primary development support role.

Responsible
for the successful port of IMPACT from a Windows NT server platform to a
Windows 2000 server platform.
·
Responsible
for learning and documenting the IMPACT, PSA and Velocity applications which
were transitioned to our team from the original development teams. This
required an ability to learn quickly large and complex systems which were
critical to Sprint business. I was responsible for devising testing
procedures, installation procedures and process documents as well as getting
up to speed on code.

Involved
in a two month retraining effort to teach C/C++ programmers JAVA, displaying
my adaptability and willingness to learn.

Took
leadership role in an in-house development effort to prototype an automatic
testing tool. This tool was to read standard formatted requirements documents
and create automated test cases. I was responsible for coming up with an
initial architecture and coding necessary to produce a pilot application.
This involved C++, JAVA and KORN Shell scripts, running on UNIX/HPUX11, which
produced tests for a CORBA/C++ application. On this project I was responsible
for overseeing up to 25 people.

in the coding and enhancements of various modules which comprised the
middle-where between front end customer applications and back end billing
systems. This involved writing functional design documents, coding and unit
testing C++ applications. These applications used the STL and CORBA

a C developer for a new enterprise wide, usage processing billing system
called the Event Pre-Processor or EPP. This billing system is responsible for
all billing in the former Bell Atlantic (Verizon) States of VA, WV, MD, PA,
NJ, DE, and DC.

Responsible
for administrating the AMDOX RBMS, a three-tiered client server, 4th
generation language that creates the rules management portion of the EPP
billing application. These functions include managing all maintenance contracts,
maintenance, trouble shooting and managing all processes related to its
installation. This also included maintaining UNIX and PC environments.

Responsible
for all Configuration Management of this application. This required managing
three development tracks of the EPP application.

Lead
programmer and designer of a tool to automate Configuration Management
between generated code on UNIX/HPUX11 and developer maintained code on MVS.
This tool was prototyped in Access and is now in the process of being
developed in Visual C++ and Oracle. This application was to be responsible
for code checkouts from MVS development layers, keeping historical records of
each change made to specific source modules and keeping track of changes
associated with a release.

release of EPP in NJ, DE and PA. This application used Access forms and VBA
to create a GUI issue tracking device.

UNIX KORN Shell scripts to automate functions involving code generation for
the rules portion of our billing system. These scripts were designed to speed
up development by reducing the knowledge of UNIX required for developers and
enabled less experienced users to perform this function.

lead developer role on date padding logic for unbundling customer service
plans. This required creating new C functions.

the intelligent header functionality that determines the states needing
