Responsibilities
include management of global development teams within Credit IT. Teams included
are Credit Flow Derivative Market Making and Syndicated Loans. Also function as the Credit IT contact for
several other application teams, including the firm’s client facing portal. Syndicated Loan coverage includes
origination, secondary trading (loans and loan total return swaps) and loan
servicing. Credit Flow Derivative Market
Making includes daily marking of Credit Default Swap (CDS) curves and
electronic offering for venues such as Bloomberg. Control a 2011 budget of approximately $13M (resources
include 60 globally, including some junior leaders and many offshore
resources). Focus as delivery manager, am
one of the Credit IT functional leaders and have responsibilities that include
COO type activities. Work closely with
executive leaders to ensure technology solutions match the business need.
Major Highlights:

Partner with
business leaders to drive through technical solutions to reduce expenses
through automation and IT offshoring.

Delivered eTrading
for Credit Default Swaps allowing us to be leader in providing this service for
single name CDS.

changes required for off-shoring middle office clients. Savings to business is $600k annually.

Deployed improved
documentation management solution that provides business with a savings of $500k

Delivered Loan
applications for Asia-Pacific region with front to back interfaces. This will allow for revenue growth of $10M.

a solution that allows the business to manage their Originated commitments when
