·         Providing intermittent solution for quote creation to reduce the amount of man hours spent querying repetitive information while increasing data accuracy.
·         Automating creation of customer facing quotes by having excel pullmaterial and labor prices from internal tools and place them in a customer ready format.  Alleviates 2-3 hours manual cutting, pasting and formatting per quote.

·         Reduced weekly material reconciliation process from 25 hours to 4 by automating the data linkages between Excel, Access and Oracle.  Automation significantly increased data accuracy.
·         Drastically decreased material shortages by coordinating with suppliers to escalate urgent material requirements, track problematic items and forecast material for large incoming orders.
·         Revamped receiving process to provideimmediate visibility of incoming material.
