à         Acted as a dealer network advocate and advisor to drive efficiencies in the dealerships’ Finance & Insurance sales process as well as direct incremental increases in revenue through the implementation of technology and systems to integrate the end to end Finance & Insurance process and improve the HDFS and dealer business transactions.
