arranged for all vendors, services, and communications. Experienced a malicious Denial of Service
attack (January ’10) without security compromise. Worked with my Israeli counterpart to enhance
communication, upgrade ISDN video conference systems to IP based and improved
collaboration between offices by improving access to accounting and fundraising
systems. Negotiated vendor agreements,
managed accounts and purchasing for:
phone lines, LD Service, PBX, voicemail, internet, copiers, printers,
con-call services, software licensing, hardware and mobile devices. This job required extended hours to cover
both coasts and interface with Israel, provided 24x7 support. Budgetary responsibilities, I reported to the
CFO. Upon announcing my departure (see
cover letter), I was asked to stay on two additional months to convert several
services to the cloud.
