Parties to the Wyeth Plants in Guayama, Puerto Rico and Richmond, VA. Nine
(9) of the 16 products were available for launch 1 to 2 months ahead of
schedule.

Prepared the bid documents and RFP for the Ibuprofen
Pilot Plant Project in Guayama, Puerto Rico, evaluated the proposals and
awarded the contract, managed the execution of the first phase and then
provided corporate oversight for the duration of the project

Managed the kick-off of the Centrum Repackaging Project
at the Pearl River, NY Plant for an annual savings in excess of $5MM.

Managed the Maintenance Excellence
Initiative for the 5 Wyeth OTC Plants to reduce maintenance costs and improve
production uptime.

the Cost of Goods Reduction Initiative to deliver annual savings of $47.4MM.

Assisted

Glatt Fluid Bed Dryer and conducted a Cogeneration Power Plant Feasibility Study.
