Responsibilities include all Sales and Merchandising for Hero Brands of Preserves, Beverages and Grocery as well as Beech-nut Baby food, Betty Crocker, Cake Mate, Marbil Mixin’s, Paas, Pumpkin Master and other brands. Diverse Sales logistics including Direct to Retailer, Third party logistics i.e. “Jobbers” in-house distributors and every major national distributor including (UNFI, Davidson, Haddon House, DPI, Kehe, TOL, Military & More), as  well as 28 other Independent Distributors. Management of Broker Sales Network on a national basis that included 13 Independent Specialty Food Brokers.

 Parmalat acquired Farmland Dairies 10/98 and I subsequently combined and ran sales organization

Director of Sales (12/98-12/00) 
Responsibilities included all aseptic and ESL contract packing and private label in the US and Caribbean. Direct responsibility over 8 regional sales managers with sales in excess of 60 million dollars for the Parmalat aseptic milk brands, juice brands (orange, apple, carrot blend, ice tea's, sports drink) as well as Skim Plus brand of milk, ESL juice, aseptic and ESL private label products. Responsibilities include: national broker network, all merchandising, new product development, marketing and promotional responsibility including complete P&L for all of the above mentioned. International liaison and evaluation of products for import and export.
·     Increased sales by 6 million dollars (10% increase to $60 million), company was flat to down the previous eight years.
·     Streamlined national broker network resulting in better to market program, customer satisfaction and customer service.
·     Brought 11 new items through concept and launched 6, company had not successfully launched a single new item in eight years.
·     Developed a hurricane program for Florida, Puerto Rico and Caribbean resulting in a 15% incremental sales increase.
