Command (NAVFAC) users at multiple locations. Troubleshot ongoing user

Accounting (PA) Lead role for Military Sealift Command (MSC) client,
eliminated millions of dollars in accounting errors by identifying,
troubleshooting, and resolving ongoing accounting issues and creating
Oracle refresher courses to ensure users were using the product properly
and optimizing its value.

as “Rookie of the Quarter” after just three months of employment at Oracle
and quickly transitioned from System Test Lead to an Oracle Project
