Janus is a global asset management company focused on growth, core, international, alternative and fixed-income investments.  Janus Capital Group consists of Janus and its subsidiaries – Perkins Investment Management and INTECH.  Janus boasts over $165 billion in assets under management.

Responsible for coordinating the planning, development and implementation of large scale projects and to align technology solutions with business initiatives. Provides direction to a project team and identifies needs and the appropriate resources for timely completion. Monitors project to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.

Þ     Successfully managed a highly visible, complex and high-risk program designed to revise Janus’ communications with their institutional clients.  The intent of the program was to lower costs, streamline processes, improve efficiency and reduce risk.  This $2.5 million program consisted of seven projects (tracks), utilized more than 45 employees and contractors and lasted more than 3 years.
Þ     Responsible for a program designed to provide a modern end-user computing environment including new hardware, Windows 7, Internet Explorer 8 and Office 2010 to all users globally.
