KRISHNA MARUTI LTD, is a Joint Venture of MUL, Suzuki Motor Corporation, a leading Interiors manufacturing company supplying seats, Door Trims, Roof Liners, Rear view Mirrors & Carpets for all new models of Maruti Suzuki & Auto Components for Honda Scooter with sales turn over 2500 Million Rupees. 

Presently working with Krishna Maruti Ltd. (AN ISO TS-16949,ISO 14001 & 1SO 18001 Certified Company ), IMT ,Manesar , Gurgaon as a Sr. Executive (HR) from 21st Feb 2005.


Job Responsibilities:  

 

HUMAN RESOURCE

 

·         Analysis of Manpower Planning and Requirement.

·         Drafting ads, screening CV’s and maintaining records co-ordination with placement agencies.

·         Responsible for complete joining and orientation formalities of new employees.

·         Wage compensation structure - fixation & Negotiation.

·         Prepared Job description for various positions.

·         Preparation Monthly & Fortnightly HR Report and sent to Corporate Head HR.

·         Preparing training schedule, Training need Identification ,Summarizing the needs through process of Performance Appraisal..

·         Making power point presentations for training.

·         Compliance / maintenance of system/procedures in respect of training activities as per ISO Procedure

·         Coordination with external agencies for conducting Training program.

·         Dealing with Local Bureaucrats, Local govt. authorities during Major Recruitment.

·         Represent the company during inspection and liaison with different Govt. authorities.

·         Co-ordination of various departments, supervision of transportation, canteen, House keeping, Horticulture etc.
