ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I have taught myself HTML over a
weekend in order to grab a marketing opportunity. My supervisor asked me to teach an Adobe
Acrobat class to faculty and staff after seeing me teach other co-workers, and
recruited me to teach. I have
demonstrated ability to see long-term vision by creating a solution for our
publications converting them to PDF’s, this solution produced an advantage that
reduced our routing cycle and left no room for errors in communication as well
as producing a new untapped cross-marketing revenue via registrations through
the PDF’s that we’re posted on the internet for easier access. Thus, also
resulting in cutting down on print/mailing costs on those programs. I also
partnered with marketing managers to find a solution in reaching our customers
via email in order to keep them updated on status/change of a program, the
result, creating e-newsletter’s. This outcome resulted in a fiscal cut in paper
usage, support staff time, printing and mailing. I also have an extensive knowledge and
experience in installation and support of computing hardware and software.

staff and students.
