LeadPlanner/SE for WMT (Work center Management Tool)- This tool was built for the work
center users to proactively monitor the open tickets according to the Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) and established thresholds values that support
the operational business objectives.

with a budget of $2.5 Million. CNOC program focused on delivering features to
better manage the work centers and reduce TTR(Time To Repair) and improve CVA(
Customer Value Added), especially for the SCP(Signature Client Program) and
high-end clients. This program delivered 31 HC of savings, and delivered
several features above and beyond POR
and accelerated their delivery.

manager of various products developed by CSFB Direct, I was involved in project
planning, project scheduling, resource management, project estimation and
tracking of various critical financial products within the domain of CSFB
Direct. Managed up to five projects and around 30 resources simultaneously to
deliver on time and with in the budget. Written several Functional
Specification Documents (FSDs) to gather business requirements. Designed the architecture
and enhanced the database model. Worked on integration of Big Charts from CBS
