Building Management System (BMS)
is a Desktop Application, which provides information about the Room Details,
Room Types etc. MMS consists of Room Module, Head Module, Rent Entry Module,
and Reports etc. This project helps the administrator to store the
information about Room members, Number of
Rooms available, Number of rooms allocated, Room Types etc., in the database.
The head member details of the room are maintained separately. The rent entry
details are given under the head member name. Report contains Rent Report,
Daily Report, Monthly Report, and Pending Report etc. The application has
also been designed to incorporate certain operations & changes, which may
be put to use in future.

There
are two main blocks in this project they are Administration and Reception.
The administration block is accessed only by the hospital management
authority. Others can't access it. To ensure this, password security is
maintained. The password can't be traced easily. The password can be changed
if the management feels that the current password does not provide the
desired security. In this block we can add new doctor's information and
modify the doctor's information if desired. Doctor's leave entry is
also maintained in this block. It is also possible to
modify the leave entry of a doctor if he/she cancels or extends the leave.
Doctors leave report can also be generated in this block. Admitting and
discharging of patients are also maintained in this block.
