                    Job responsibilities are mainly in the areas of Advances disbursements, Credit Evaluation, Accounts and administration, financial management and Delegation and reporting activities.

Credit evaluation

 Ø  Collection of various hire purchase and lease documents from the concerned branches.
Ø  Gathering information on the background of the prospective customers.(satisfactory payment history , positive CPV /TRC etc)
Ø  Ensuring Implementation of a Credit Policy that incorporates adequate risk management with customer friendly workflows.
Ø  Approval & Releasing the advances in the region.
Ø  Provide a relevant credit and risk management training to the branch credit staff
Ø  To provide feedback on portfolio trends, goal achievement and targets
Ø  Collection of the Region
Ø  Analysis of data related to trends in business, receivables, portfolio quality, overdue accounts.
Ø  Accountable for achieving NPA targets, Plan long-term strategies in order to marinating NPA levels at the lowest.
Ø  Plan effective ways of recovering bad loans at the same time keeping the activities a low profile to avoid a bad image for the company.
Ø  Communicate credit policies anticipating the portfolio performance trends and market specific dynamics by working closely with the VP-Operations on select profiles and industry
Ø  Continuously review and streamline the implementation of the credit policies & operating procedures across the region
Ø  Will help/Coach credit manager in handling high-ticket deals and also help in building a process for high ticket underwriting.
Ø  Will take care of high end retail loans and also high end funding and guide and coach the Credit team in preparing financial models for deal presentation
Ø  Ensure a quick market entry for the PL business for all the new locations proposed to be launched by business.
Ø  To help in reviewing cities in which presence should be expanded. To help in preparing launch plans for new cities by working closely with the BM/DM-Sales

Risk Management

Ø  Assisting South Head-Credit control to devise and implement analytical solutions and co-ordinate with Manager-Credit to implement field investigation methodology to safeguard interest of the Company
Ø  Motivate and lead a team of analysts and provide directions / technical solutions to arrive at optimal model of portfolio monitoring methodologies and system to effect a risk free and healthier portfolio
Ø  Periodic analysis of emerging trends to counter the fraudulent activities
Ø  Look for Optimum utilization of resource and also save costs on resources by fine tuning the existing processes/ systems

Delegation and Reporting:

Ø  Assigning duties and responsibilities to Managers, Senior Executives, Executives  Junior Executives and fixing of targets and schedules in this regard.
Ø  Performance appraisal for all credit personnel’s working in Karnataka region.
Ø  Timely preparation of reports and information for VP’s and President.
