Experience
1) Project title:
“Automatic Recognition of Domain, Based on Classification of Text document”. Project description: This
software is developed in C++ for
Windows OS. This is a tool for automatic categorization of text document
based on the particular domain. We have considered 3 domains i.e. Legal
domain, medical domain and Software domain. Back side we have build 3
dictionaries particular to 3 domains. This tool classifies the document based
on the key words. When we give input a document, it extract the all the
domains specific words and then it check it with the words present in the
domain dictionary of all the 3 domains. Depending on the frequency of the
words it classifies the documents.
This project can be
extended to scan any kind of document. The main application of project is in
future it
can be embedded in robots, In press to classify the magazine articles etc Application: This s/w
as a module can be used as an administrative tool for Classification of
magazine articles.
Platform: Windows.
2) Project title: “Remote Command Execution.”
Project description: S/w
provides facility to execute the commands remotely in the LAN. Socket
programming concept is used. In Linux environment multiple users can execute
commands and can get the work done even by sitting at the remote places. The
main motto is to share resources.
Application: It can
use as a module in Remote Login.
Platform: Linux.
Language: C in UNIX
platform.
3) Project title: “Examination Automation”.
Project description: This software is
developed in Oracle & Visual Basic
for Windows operating system. This project is
a small step ahead to develop software for examination section in our
college. The central concept of application is to allow the office worker to
automatically generate the reports of who have filled the exam form and how
many have applied for a particular subject and how many have failed, how many
have one year back. The whole database of the student is stored in the back
end i.e Oracle. This is a package which will reduce the paper work, it help
the office persons right from the student applied for the exam and till he
finishes the exam.
Extra curricular activities:
Achievements-
1) Worked as the Microsoft Student Champ or Microsoft
Coordinator to represent my college for the year 2003-2005.
2) Worked as the student coordinator for Linux campus club
which was sponsored by IBM.
3) Won 3rd prize in national level presentation ABHIYAAN-2005 held in Mumbai on title
“Global wireless E-Voting”.
