Project: District Poverty Initiative Project, Narsinghpur, M.P.                                           Period: May’2010 – Jul’2010.

Overview: The aim of this training was to learn the importance of working as a team & being a part of a group. This training also provided with a deep insight about the process of cross-checking the other members in the group, distribution of work amongst all the team members equally & properly; so that the overall performance of the group can be enhanced.
