1.        Am responsible for attending to Customer Networks Complaints. These customers are Airtel staff and external co-operate Companies such Banks, private sectors who are using Airtel network services and provide all necessary escalations till case resolution.
2.        Am responsible to attend to ROAMING COMPLAINTS and resolve them. Clients who have visited Zambia from other countries sitting on our Networks or our clients who have gone out to other countries using our roaming partners Network.
3.        Am responsible to monitor via Firewalls, routers and network nodes our international ISP links such as for Blackberry, Roaming nodes, Data, Voice signaling links. This includes E1s to and from our Carriers
4.        Responsible for Network operating Center(NOC) functions, checking alarms, sites status, network coverage
5.        I generate TSG reports such as for roaming, customer networks complaints and network outage reports and MAPAs.
