RESPONSIBILITY:
§  Manage the manpower planning recruitment selection induction probation, conformation and Performance appraisals , training & development etc.
§  Maintaining Human resources information system (HRIS) data base, 
  • Contract Labor management, Labor license and workman compensation policy,
  • Attending employees queries and grievances,
§  Calculations of EPF, ESI, as per the Labor laws,
§  Prepare Salary with the Payroll Software, creating up of salary statements in regards to the working days and paid leaves.
  • Maintenance of attendance sheet, leave calculations, pay sheet and wage register.
§  Maintain Employee’s database and ensuring completion of personal files and also deals with Labour  negotiations ,dispute resolutions ,statutory compliances canteen and Work committees etc.
  • Mapping the total requirements in the departments and collecting the job requisition
  • Screening of resumes and short list the suitable candidates
  • Preparing letter of appointment and joining formalities.
  • Induction program, Employee ID etc.
  • Identifying training needs in the company and planning for the same.
  • Co-ordinate the appraisal process for training, probation, confirmations etc.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads to smooth operation for company administration.
