Job Description:

Handling Business process analysis in U.S GFI (Global Fixed Income) Trade processing and settlements process which deals with the Fixed Income Bonds trades which are to be processed from front office to back office accurately and timely.

Trade processing process which deals with the Fixed Income Bonds and Debentures Trades which are to
be processed from front office to back office accurately and timely and also was involved with Queue Management process Which is related to Processing Securities, Data Evaluation, with the help of Bloomberg terminal and error identification & rectification of Securities in a shorter turnaround time.

Job Responsibilities:

Ø  TFM is used for Monitoring of queues and processing of trades.
Ø  We ensure that trades are processed and settled timely and accurately
Ø  Set-up Fixed income securities on Bank of America application.
Ø  We monitor numerous reports and error queues to address the errors timely and accurately
Ø  Working on various reports for factor and rate updates and these reports are time critical.
Ø  Working on E-mails from Various product desks and business partners.
Ø  We closely work with numerous business partners (Front office trading and settlements) daily in order to set up securities.
Ø  Have good knowledge of Bloomberg Application, Intrader and TFM applications.
Ø  Setting up the Securities & their updates within the target time.
Ø  Handling escalations received from internal and external and clients.
Ø  Coordinating with Settlements team to update the Rates and Factors on time for the correct payment dates.
Ø  Preparing weekly and monthly Reports which contain the Stats on the Volumes Processed.
Ø  Helping New Associates in the Team in learning the Process quickly.
Ø  Taking the team huddle, for sharing the Best Practices and Process updates.
