Ultramatics pre-sale team findings in US, healthcare claims correspondence
in-take which most of the time handled by an individual health departments
across the healthcare provider organization in USA.
All
Correspondence Ingestion will handle by a central team (Mail
Room). Mail Room would handle the initial intake process of indexing the
documents for different departments such as – Appeals, Claims
Correspondence, and Pharmacy Drug Metabolism Reviews (DMR) etc. Once the
document is indexed, it would be routed to the corresponding department. The
corresponding department would then process the document based off their
custom workflow. During or at the end of the department’s workflow
appropriate correspondence would need to be generated as a reply back to
initial correspondence that was received.
The main
component of this project is to integrate IBM BPM 7.5 with IBM Filenet P8
Platform for enterprise content/doc management control.
IBM BPM 7.5 will
manage the application User Interface and workflow.
