Project Everest is taking over Peoplesoft CRM called Vantive by SAP CRM- IC Web Client 5.1 .The data in SAP CRM is sent from Legacy systems called Midas, SpeedRacer, EV3, Moonbase (PPC) among others. The data uploaded in SAP CRM is validated against data in the Legacy system directly and also in the form of a Flat file. The data from SAP CRM is then sent to SAP BW for reporting purposes. Senior SAP Tester

This Project Hedway was taking the place of old project FEG. The data in SAP CRM and SAP R/3 was validated against data in Micro Strategy. The data in FEG (CBL, Fin mart, CATMAN and ACR) and A C Neilson was validated against Hedway data. I was Involved in testing of various modules like SD, MM and FI. As a QA Lead for a team of 5, I have worked on various types of testing in SAP R/3 and Micro strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Performed Requirement Gathering from the users and business analysts.
• Involved in creation of the Test Scripts.
• Development of Test Plans and Test Cases to validate the data in SAP CRM.
• Coordinated with the Off-shore Team (Development and Testing) to check on the status of the issues.
• Tested the Master Data like Business Partner, Products and Other Data like GL Account, Adjusted Gross Sales, Reference Number, Suggested Retail Price (Historic and Current), Legal Title, Price, Taxes, etc., in SAP CRM.
• Different Transactions used like BP, COMMPR01, SU01 etc in SAP CRM.
• Involved in testing the data flow  from third party system into SAP and from SAP to third party system via SAP Netweaver/XI/PI.
• Using the user-defined table ZZSL5A validated the sales order number, reference document numbers, SRP etc.
• Used different tables like MARA, VA01, MVKE, MARC, KONP, KNA1, A902, BSEG and other relevant Tables.
• Development of Test Plans and Test Cases to validate the data in Micro Strategy.
• Developed reports in Micro Strategy for validating the data, attributes, metrics and prompts.
• Developed and created Test plans, Test cases and Test scenarios.
• Involved in finding the cause of the defects using Rapid SQL for writing SQL Queries to find the detail from the concerned table and other related tables.

This Project is called DTS Replacement Project. It was an existing project which was taken over by SAP CRM and BW 3.5. The data in DTS was validated against data (normal data and conversion data) that has been uploaded into CRM system. Tested the functionalities and the data in SAP CRM Portal

Responsibilities:

• Validated the data along with the users in UAT.
• Interacted with the Users, Business Analyst, Functional and Technical people in resolving the issues.
