Consult with Community Bank
President, District Managers, Store Managers, and Service Managers displaying a
sense of urgency on staffing levels, needs, budgets, forecast, hiring
strategies, affirmative action, training, career planning, diversity
initiatives, and other critical staffing issues that aid in posting and filling
positions to gain and retain top talent.

Develop sourcing strategies
that include partnerships with colleges and universities, local groups,
sourcing referrals from new hires and existing team members, and attending
career and job fairs at colleges, universities, military, SIFE, and Dept of
Labor to fill career opportunities and develop a diverse pool of qualified
candidates.

Regularly attend HR and
Recruiting meetings. Attend meetings with my clients and managers to
consult staffing, recruiting initiatives, policy and procedure updates,
learning and development information and updates, and other critical
information to ensure a seamless and productive relationship.

Update and maintain database
and job folders regularly in compliance with Wells Fargo policies and
procedures. Effectively manage multiple projects ranging from recruiting, team
member development, new hire orientations, internal reference checks, and
career fairs. Kept abreast of employment laws, OFCCP guidelines, and

Assist with payroll issues
such as submitting adjustment forms, W-2s, printing lost check affidavits,
correcting billing issues on invoices, investigate, complete and furnish
unemployment and workers’ compensations claims. Process transactional new
clients/inactive clients credit information. Create specific invoicing requests
according to the “Terms & Agreement” between agency and client. Supervise
client matters that consist of unfilled/cancelled orders and replacements.
