(SFDC) solution for world-wide planning of pricing applications. Responsibilities

Sr. Project Manager
(PM) - for (client) CPS Energy – Acquired troubled IT projects (dysfunctional teams, over
budget, late delivery, etc.) and quickly transformed them into productive teams,
delivering products and satisfying stakeholders. Met with the project’s sponsor
to determine the reason for the delays. The HRIS project; was replacing one new
job application systems with another. With the sponsor’s approval, negotiated, defined
& confirmed Roles & Responsibility Role definition & RACI, and
included these documents into the Project Management Plan. Since the impact to
the business (procedurally) was extensive, developed a business transformation
plan (including quick reference guide, glossary of new
product terms, intranet links to other resources, workshops, wallet-size quick
help, information session). Tracked
and reported project progress using Earned Value Controls 1st project (Business Intelligence (BI) / data warehouse
(DW)) was 7% under budget. Used MS Project, CA Clarity as primary
tools to manage the budget, critical path & schedule, and resources
