Webmaster
- Designed a
new public website utilizing Adobe Photoshop for colors and icons.
- Developed a
CMS solution for the public website to give user the ability to update
and maintain all website content using C# and .NET 3.5.
- Implemented
a data sharing solution through the public website and other School
District of Lancaster systems using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Developed
and designed an interactive new Intranet site using Silverlight, C#
and Sharepoint.
- Developed a
document repository to enable educators to easily find the information
they need searching through thousands of documents.

- Designed
customized Content Management Systems in .NET for clients to fit the
needs of their particular industry.
- Developed
portal components that could be used in any .NET environment with
minimal customization (ex. Dynamic Forms)
- Integrated
.NET website security with Active Directory and developed a security
portal to maintain this security with a web based front end.
- Designed
complex stored procedures to report on sales data and develop trends
in customer purchases.
- Worked
directly with clients to help design a web based solution that would
meet their company’s needs.
- Analyzed
client’s sites to find security holes such as SQL Injection.
- Developed a
custom Document Management System in .NET to allow clients to maintain
all of their documentation.
2000 – 2007 CoreSource, Inc. Finland, LA
Director of Development / Sr. Web Developer
- Developed
CoreSource's web presence from the ground floor using Classic ASP
which was later upgraded to a combination of ASP.net, VB.net and C#. This was developed using Microsoft
SQL server as a primary backend database, with other systems on the
backend providing real-time data such as an AS/400, RIMS, and some
mainframe servers.
- Developed a
real-time claims system utilizing MQ server as a secure go-between for
CoreSource’s AS/400 and the Microsoft SQL server which supported the
web applications.
- Managed a
development staff of programmers and graphic designers.
- Developed an
in-house document management system using ASP.net. .
- Created a
company-wide intranet that supported each business area of CoreSource
and was developed in classic ASP, ASP.net, VB.net and C# with a
Microsoft SQL server as a backend database.
- Developed
and Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system that allowed CoreSource
participants the ability to check their information via a telephone.
- Created a
customized form validation control and a self designed web service to
control some of the external companies that utilized parts of the
CoreSource web system using C#.
- Developed an
ad-hoc and real-time reporting solution for clients that utilized
Crystal Reports as the client interface and an AS/400 and the backend
database.
- Maintained
all CoreSource Intel based servers from both a hardware and software
perspective.
- Worked with
outside vendors and created files for data sharing between CoreSource
and the outside vendor.
- Established
multiple FTP servers which sat on multiple platforms such as Microsoft
Server 2000, 2003 and Linux.
- Designed the
internal framework of the web environment, including coding the Cisco
switches and firewall.
- Created and
maintained the master DHCP and DNS servers.
- Integrated a
VPN solution so at-home analysts and IT staff could log into the
CoreSource network from an off-site location.
- Designed and
implemented projects using the application
development life-cycle, and project management methodology.
- Managed
multiple projects from both a developer’s and a project manager’s
standpoint.

Systems Analyst
- Tested and
implemented Cimnet designed software which operated in a manufacturing
and accounting capacity.
- Evaluated a
client’s needs from both a technical and a business perspective and
customized packages of business solutions that Cimnet was able to
offer.
- Designed a
network for clients that would properly support the Cimnet software
and their current infrastructure.
- Tested
firewall, router, and switch configurations to maintain proper network
connectivity.
