Assist the restaurant manager in restaurant operations by following up on daily sales report, reaching the labor, sales, and food cost target.  Do weekly inventory and making sure that all frozen, chill and dry products and items are accounted. Log in all purchase orders from various vendors, transfer in and transfer out items from different stores, complete and raw waste using the ISP system. Order change funds and making sure that there is enough change fund to be used on all cash register drawers all thru out the week.  Purchase vegetable orders for weekly usage.
