stocks and needs. Conduct a preventive maintenance using the right Kay chemical
products on equipments such as; bun toaster, muffin toaster, heated landing
zone, universal holding cabinet, grill cookers, bun steamer, frappe machine,
ice-cream machine, and split vat fryers. Conduct beef integrity temperature
check during opening shift and transition to lunch time making sure all
