Selected Assignments & Achievements
   For all assignments, the goal was to assist and support executives and companies to achieve their goals. Responsibilities included: conducted extensive research on clients and their industries prior to starting engagements: gathered company information and strategic plans, analyzed processes, identified industry and general economic information that could impact clients, identified best practices within and outside clients’ industries, met multiple times with key personnel for best understanding of organization, conducted surveys of clients past and present, prospective clients, employees and others, analyzing the results for presentation to C-level executives and boards.

   Worked with Georgians for Passenger Rail to: develop a process and position specification for attracting an interim executive director; participate in assessment with search committee; negotiate to secure commitment of president; establish GPR’s first strategic plan and turn it into plans for rapid action in Q4 2009 and Q1 2010. Return engagement to provide organizational development guidance and to assist executive director with preparation of month-by-month operating plan and budget for the remainder of 2010.

   Led team of 9 developers, clinical psychologists, and consultants in 2000 to create an international consulting organization’s first training and interpersonal development product based on Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence. Launched in Trinidad, U.K. and U.S. with emphasis on Customer Service (CSR's) and Sales initiatives and management.
   Provided structure and clarified requirements to identify candidates during retained executive search for C-level, executive directors and key positions for non-profit business associations, charitable organizations and small businesses; develop the communication plan for integration of new leadership and team unification.
