·         Support all aspects of our customer pricing, invoicing systems. Currently we are processing 4,000,000 transactions monthly totaling $15 million across 35,000 accounts.
·         Technical stack primarily driven by Microsoft Technologies to include C# .NET and Microsoft SQL. Due to legacy application support and as a result of acquisitions we do support the following languages, VB.NET, VB, FORTRAN, ASP, Ruby, and databases, Oracle and MySQL.

Responsible for creating the strategic vision (Road Map) of the development group to support the overall vision of the company.  Responsible for managing all software development, quality assurance and the development infrastructure.  Played a key role communicating with our strategic partners, investors, internal customers, target acquisitions and 3rd party technology partners.

·         Recruited, hired and retained all IT development personnel in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK to develop custom client software solutions.
o   Internet based mineral rights auctioning system. Enabling pre-screened users to auction mineral rights to qualified bidders. Site acted as a portal allowing the exchange of information among other interested parties within the oil and gas industry. Written in ASP utilizing a Microsoft SQL database.
o   Internal purchase request and routing system for a major telecommunication company. Due to client requirements, this system was developed utilizing ColdFusion with an Oracle database.
o   Several tradition eCommerce websites for clients in a variety of industries. Primarily built on Microsoft Technologies (ASP, SQL Databases)
·         Assisted executive management team by establishing a strong technology platform/direction.
·         Planned and built a development data center in Tulsa OK.


Squadron Software Development Manager                                                   1989 to 1999

Reporting directly to 55th Communications Squadron Flight Commander. Responsible for most architectural design decisions and the management of two development teams that supported a key system for the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

·         Military Aerospace Management System – This system managed the use of over 3000 DOD and FAA airspaces. This system would do real-time analysis of air crew flight plan nation wide. Evaluate the likely hood of a conflict and would send notifications to the flight crew that there was a scheduling conflict and that a required re-scheduling must occur. This system required a 100% safety tolerance. This system is written in COBOL on a VAX system.
·         Also was the lead on several DOD Flight, Squadron and Command level websites. These websites were written in ASP utilizing a Microsoft SQL database.
