EXECUTIVE PROFILE
From 1998 to the
present, I have held multiple positions of increasing responsibility at CSC in
Beavercreek, OH related to Air Force Supply Chain systems modernization and
transformation initiatives. Since December 2008, I have been a member of the technical
management team developing the Air Force Expeditionary Combat Support System
(ECSS), which will be the largest Oracle ERP implementation.
Deputy Director, Production & Release Services • 2011
to present
Focused on Level 2 and Level 3 Support for the ECSS
production user community with an emphasis on project planning and oversight,
progress reporting and client satisfaction for the Production Support Services
Group and on-time delivery of software releases for the ECSS Program.

Management
responsibility included three managers and twenty-four team members to provide production
support and business exception documentation. Teams consist of Help Desk staff,
application designers, business analysts and developers with an annual
operating budget of $5M.

Provided
general technical oversight for system engineering, configuration management,
information assurance, system testing, and release management and fielding.
Overall team size is seven managers, 125 staff members with an annual operating
budget of $30M.
Director of SOA/RICE • 2008
to 2011
Initiated, organized and led the Service Oriented
Architecture / Reports Interfaces Conversions and Extensions (SOA/RICE)
Directorate for the ECSS Oracle ERP Program with a mission to produce the
technical design and development software objects required to satisfy the
functional needs of the USAF end user community.

Design and Development of over 165 RICE objects across 3 releases with a team
size of up to 85 staff members including SOA architects, system technical
designers, software developers, quality control and dedicated testers with an
annual budget of $20M.

executive reporting of all activities to the program vice president, USAF
General Officer client and their staff.

Program Manager for the
Purchase Request Process System (PRPS) • Jan 2004 to Dec 2008
I led the effort to revive this program after a failed
attempt by another CSC team that resulted in client dissatisfaction. After a
year of successful negotiations, and planning with the PMO, the program was restarted
under a new contract.

The Purchase Request Process System provides significant process
improvement, work product visibility through a custom workflow system with a
modern architecture fully integrated with the GCSS-AF framework.

Led
FFP contract closeout negotiations and Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contract
proposal, resulting in cost recovery for CSC and equitable consideration for
the Government.
·
Provided
thought leadership to define the spiral development approach and reduce program
risk.
·
Worked
with resource vendors (sub-contractor partners) to establish rates and teaming
agreements for the new contract while leveraging resources with significant domain
knowledge.

Had responsibility for
cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program including P&L.

Provided thought leadership for program business function and
technology planning of this custom workflow development program.

Led four mangers and their teams through all development lifecycle
phases, and deployment activities with an annual budget ranging from $3M to $7M
and twenty to forty-five staff members.
