I am
currently in charge of fulfilling the reporting requirements for my office. In
this role, I have created several databases to automate this reporting. In
addition, I am also the team leader of a small team of associates who do back
office tasks in the accounts receivables environment, including the processing
of credit applications and cash applications work. I also assist the supervisory staff, handle
other administrative requests, and help with IT/desktop support. I have
developed 2 programs designed to attract talent to my company - a supervisor

performed quality reviews on associates. Throughout my career, I have handled
accounts up to $2 billion and used various accounting software such as SAP,
Oracle, and PeopleSoft. I also handled human resources issues such as
scheduling and disciplinary action for my associates. In addition, I have also
had experience in training new associates, order releasing, and cash
applications. I received my first promotion 5 months after I was hired, was
promoted to team leader after a year, and then promoted to Supervisor in
October 2002. In addition, I have developed many of the training materials that
are used by my whole team. I also developed and presented 2 brown bag lunch
seminars attended by associates for my entire department. I also presented at
one of my department's meetings. I was nominated to my company's President's
Council of Leadership for 2002 and 2005. In 2005, I relocated to Pueblo, CO, to
help open a new office. I have helped with hiring associates to staff the
office, training these associates, and helping with both associate and new
account setups.
